1. Digital Goods Policy
At RoutingKB, we specialize in providing intangible digital goods (online question banks and downloadable study materials).
Due to the nature of digital products, which can be downloaded or accessed immediately after purchase, we generally DO NOT offer refunds once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
All sales are considered final. Please ensure that you have chosen the correct course (CCNA vs. CCNP) before completing your purchase.
2. Exceptions (Technical Issues)
We want you to be satisfied with your experience. We may consider a refund request under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Non-Delivery of Product: You paid but did not receive the email/access link, and we failed to resolve it within 48 hours.
- Major Technical Defects: The question bank is completely inaccessible or broken due to a technical fault on our end, and we cannot fix it.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at [email protected]. Please include your Order Number and a detailed description (with screenshots) of the technical issue.
4. Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to solving technical problems fairly.
